When you get signed in, fill out everything in the purple box that I highlighted below and then select Courier:
After you click Courier it will take you to the next steps to fill out.
You will enter in how many boxes of paper you need in the Description, select your date, Password: password or Password (I forget if it is capitalized or not) and then click Submit
