Power Cycle Docking Station
Power cycling your docking station is usually needed after a power outage or if your monitors are not communicating with your laptop when you have your laptop plugged into the docking station. Following these step by step instructions works to get these device back up and communicating with each other.

  1. Unplug the power cord from the back of the docking station (round plug, sometimes has a blue circle light on the cord itself) Keep unplugged

  1. Unplug the computer from the docking station- keep unplugged

  1. Hold the docking station power button down for 30-45 seconds.

  1. Plug the power cord back into the back of the docking station.

  1. Plug the docking station back into the laptop.
