Overview | Focused Inboxes have the same replacement mail sorting feature that Clutter had. It keeps all your less important emails in the inbox folder. It displays the messages in a split Focused/Other view. This can be toggled on and off using the "Show Focused Inbox" button located in the View tab of Outlook. This job aid with instruct users how to turn on/off the Focused Inbox option within Outlook. Section I: Outlook Client Application |

| - Open the Outlook Client Application
- Click on the View tab
- Click on the Show Focused Inbox button
- The Focused Inbox will then show above the email messages
- If this is clicked again, the Focused mailbox will not appear, and the email box will return to showing All messages.

Section II: Outlook Web Access |

| - Login in the Office 365 online
- Click on the Outlook tab
- Click on the Settings gear located on the top right of the Outlook window
- Click on View all Outlook settings located at the bottom of the menu that populated
- Click on the Mail Tab and make sure you are in the Layout tab
- Within the Layout tab- Focus Inbox section, select which option you would like- to have a focused mailbox or not to have a focused mailbox

| - Open the Outlook app on the mobile device/iPad
- From the inbox, tap on the menu icon near the top right corner of the screen
- Tap Settings
- Toggle "Focused Inbox" on
