Microsoft Login/Sync Issues
When there are multiple accounts saved in the system for Microsoft this can cause sign in and sync issues in the Microsoft Office applications. To check to make sure that you do not have multiple accounts signed in on the computer follow the instructions.

  1. In the Type here to search bar on the taskbar, type in Work or School
  2. Click on the Access work or school- system settings that populates as a best match
  3. Click on Access work or school in the menu on the left of the system settings window
  4. Check to make sure that there is only one account listed here
  5. If there are two accounts listed, remove the non-Ingham ISD account, by clicking on the second account, and clicking Disconnect
  6. If there is no account listed, click on Connect and add your Ingham ISD account here
